Overview

The BruteForce Solutions inc. Business Development Specialist is responsible for high volume prospecting, qualifying and generating of new sales leads to support the sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to effectively identify ,qualify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including lead lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic, confident personality with a strategic mindset and drive to reach decision makers in this industry is essential. 

The Business Development Specialist is expected to: 

  • Work closely with IT developers to validate new R&D projects from a business point of view 
  • Explore emerging technology needs that can result in high-impact new business opportunities
  • Develop 3C analysis business models 
  • Identify customer needs and translate those requests into technical opportunities 
  • Recognize innovative technologies from academic and industrial experts.
  • Create strategic business models that build company value. 
  • Generate tangible and sustainable business value and contribute to our profitability and global business growth strategy. 
  • Establish set maker strategies as core element of our product and technology definition and road maps. 
  • Work as an integral part of the team, will hunt for new business, leveraging a strong technical know-how and the ability to break down technology offerings into easy to understand business centric messaging. 
  • Preparing Technical Proposals of the RFP’s (Request for Proposals) for different state and federal bidding proposals. 
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients. 
  • Present live and web-based presentations to prospective clients. 
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s environment and pain-points. 
  • Articulate solutions and a value proposition to address a prospect’s business needs. 
  • Working independently and with team members to ensure targets are consistently met. 

Required Experience 

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Technical Experience, 
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) 
  • Experience with CRM Software
